S7 edge dropped on floor, phone shut down.

I dropped my phone on the floor and it immediatly shut down. I thought thats it, its dead. I tried to start it but things wouldnt start properly, lights would go on or off, sometimes i could tap on it and access things but the screen was blank, screen would sometimes have lines and color all over. Sometimes it would start, work for a while and just freeze later.

After some research, i started it in safe mode and resetted it to factory settings. Wierdly, it now works like new, tried some games, apps, youtube. But its still temporary. After a while, it freezes and turns off..

Sounds like something inside may be loose or damaged but still working occasionally. I would suggest having a tech look at it.
