Safe temps @ Laptop gaming?

Hi!

Before I start; If this is the wrong section, please move it to the correct section.

I've been playing on my laptop for about a week seeing as my PC havn't been moved to my new apartment yet. I noticed that my GPU temp was running at 83 degrees and personally, this is a bit high (Note: I usually never game on laptops seeing as it's my uni computer). Are they safe to be gaming with? Will my laptop be damaged?

83 degrees is perfectly normal for a thiner than average gaming laptop. Just make sure it doesn't hit 90C. 89C and below is fine.

I know it's a bit crazy, I had a laptop with same temps and searched around...everybody said it was normal.
