Samsung’s 720p SuperAMOLED screen is reportedly ready

Rumor has it that Samsung has hit their target of 720p SuperAMOLED displays. The new displays should be unveiled soon and will come in different sizes – 5″, 6″, 7″ are mentioned by insiders.

Rumor mill is in full swing pouncing upon this news bit that Samsung will also be building the next Google phone i.e. Nexus Prime based on these displays.

And it's true yay for the upgrade'rs and not yay for me with SGS2.

Luckily, as I have been pretty much disgusted at SGS line because of the issued I've had with original SGS, I am holding out on up-date till something interesting shows up, most likely I'd be going WP route
