Hello,
do i need to download a driver to get my photos to download to my pc. i plug usb cable in and nothing

when you plug your phone to the pc, a pop - up will come to your phone whether to connect to the PC Suit or Mass Storage or Media Transfer. If you have your PC suit installed to your phone then you can select it and cope the photos, videos and messages to your phone or else you can select the mass storage or the media transfer...then your phone will be recognized as a removable device (Like a pen drive) which is more easier to get your stuff out of the phone.
