Question Samsung AU8000 Tv to Samsung Speakers

Hello ,
Hope all are doing good.

I had purchased a Samsung series 8000 TV and had taken a Samsung Sound system (pretty old and it's version is Z222 series ..now the problem is the wire sockets seems to be different and they both cannot be connected. Do we need a DVD must to use a soundbar if not what is the alternative as there is no HDMI sockets

This all depends on what exact audio outputs are on the TV and inputs that are on that sound system. The only thing online for Z222 is a flip cell phone so I can't tell what it has.

You probably will need to get an optical to analog audio converter and connect that to the aux inputs on the sound system you have.
