My Samsung pn59d530a3fxza has black horizontal flashing lines. Help!

Unfortunately, there looks like this is a common issue with these sets, and there is a bit of "Planned obsolescence" going on here, with no simple fix. On top of this, it will more than likely be more cost effective to get a new set, than to repair your current one.
