Solved! Samsung bluetooth & USB gaming headset

Sony bluetooth headphones won't connect after using USB gaming headset (PS4)

Have to reestablish bluetooth connection every time gaming headset is used

Called Samsung tech support & told me to reset to factory settings. Worked until gaming headset was used.

Also Sony headsets only work with cable and not with apps like Netflix

$26 USB headset husband uses that he purchased from Amazon - manufacturer unknown
