[citation][nom]_Cubase_[/nom]The question is: HOW THE HECK DO APPLE KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT!?No company in the world has ever been able to get away with as much, ever. What's wrong with this picture?[/citation]

Say what? Big banks. The oil industry, the health insurance industry, the para-military-industrial-complex, are just a few examples.

Prediction : Apple and Samsung will bankrupt themselves suing each other while making their lawyers rich. In the end, Nokia will surprise everyone and take the lead in the phone business.

Apple reminds me of Germany at the beginning of WWII. MS is like the US kind of just doing what it does, just wait until it gets into the fight. MS,Google, + Manufacturers will be a losing battle for Apple. And it will happen.

Just like 1985 when Apple did this with the Mac. Think of 1985 as WWI. Germany will fall again.

So is Samsung the UK, Google is Japan and Windows 8 is Pearl Harbour?
Samsung had to endure the blitz from Apple, and Microsoft declares all out war when Google does a sneak attack on Pearl Harbour?

MS being fat and content.. Hmm, but where is the untapped production potential of depression laden 1930's? Do you see MS as a sleeping giant, when Google and Apple are looking bigger, at the moment...

[citation][nom]jacekring[/nom]It doesn't have the fastest CPU/GPU combination on the market. At 800mhz CPU and 543mhz GPU it's hardly the fastest. And the GPU is not really 543, because it's being underclock Just nobody can say exactly by how much. It is still the fastest GPU on the market, but the CPU is hardly the fastest.I will say that the iPhone4S has the fastest browser loading times, and best benchmark results. But that is more due to the optimization of the iOS then the actual hardware on the phone. And add to that the fact that the iPhone is not multi-tasking the same way that Andriod phones do. Meaning the iPhone can only execute 1 thing at a time, while the Andriod can run dozens of things at a time. This overhead slows down Andriod as well. We'll see when Andriod IC comes out what the GS2 will rank at then.[/citation]
The 543 in the SGX543MP2 has nothing to do with the GPU clock. The reference means that it's two cores of the SGX543. Both cares are clocked at 200MHz.

LOL reading all of these comments. First not all of the countries are corrupted like the US is.
Second, Maybe somehow Apple's had the right to claim justice on infringement on their ideas.
It's going to be a global rage if a company could bribe all the Judges in the EU and counting. Seriously, cmon guys, be realistic, if apple is right, justice should be done, and it is done. You can go turning around thinking all of the justice systems in this world are wrong, most of the guys that think that way have the special place prepare for them. It's called "iJail"
