Hi! I sure hope you guys can help! I've been all over the web trying everything to reset this phone but nothing works. It belongs to my brother and it's cheap lol. He set a pin on it and then forgot it. I can access his contacts threw Google but he never set up recovery of any kind. I've tried Device Management online but that was never set up so it does no good. When I try combinations such as volume down and power key or volume down+power key+menu all the phone does is reboot over and over again..I appreciate any help and suggestions. Thank you!
I just read another question similar to mine and the response was short and sweet..I don't know how I could prove ownership of the phone other than I know the email and password associated with the GMail account.
