I can't delete sd card .I used phone and laptop to format the sd card but could not delete any data from sd card.

If you formatted it, then the data would be deleted. Formatting will remove the data. If it isn't formatting, then the data would stay on it.

Now if it isn't being formatted, then the card may be bad.
