Samsung Galaxy j3 duos keeps disconnecting from wifi

I know its an old phone. Anyways, whenever I connect to Bluetooth, the wifi AND bluetooth both disconnect after a few moments. For a few minutes after disconnection, I can't turn WiFi or Bluetooth on. Anyone know whats going on?
