Samsung galaxy s i9000T stuck in download mode?

I recently tried flashing my phone with a new rom, but I seem to have got it stuck in the download mode and from what i can see it is only a soft brick. There are tutorials on unbricking it, but none of them seem to be working! My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s i9000T and was running 2.3.3 Gingerbread. If you guys can help me step by step to get out of this if you can, that would be great. Cheers
