Yeah, i'm kinda pissed Virgin Mobile throttles after 2.5GB, but I suppose it isn't a cap per say since they don't cut you off, or slap you with overages.

Sprint supposedly doesn't throttle nor cap. Maybe they have some plans where they do, but at least the one that I'm on (one of their cheaper plans for me) is not capped and I've never noticed throttling, although I also don't measure my bandwidth usage and I don't know if I've used enough to justify throttling anyway. Regardless, the contract says that I don't get throttled. I've never had overage charges either.
