Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE Root Problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy2 LTE that I am trying to root. I have done likely upwards of a hundred phones and this is the first one I have had get stuck. To start off with the phone was running ICS. Since it was a Roger's phone it updated the OS to 4.1 Jellybean. I figured I would root it this morning and used my usual SuperOneClick 2.3.3, set it all up and started. It gets stuck at Shell Rooting Device....-Step#7 Wait for Device.

I have never run into this problem before. BusyBox and SuperUser are installed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried flashing using clockwork mod?
