Samsung grand prime plus 2016

It's three weeks now since I bought this phone 8gb 1.5ram I inserted a 64gb memory card. But it unexpectedly switches off every time.
How can I fix this.

If it is a device that you got new, contact the manufacturer as it should be under warranty.
