Samsung GT-E2120L reboots

Hi there

I'm new to this section of Tom's Hardware, and I was wondering if any of you can help me finding out what the hell is going on with my new cellphone. I bought this model (on the topic) a month ago, and when I'm listening to music with the player, the phone suddenly reboots. Also happened that when I received a call, the phone rings and vibrate but it wouldn't let me do anything...and it keeps ringing until I take the battery off.

So, what it may be?

It sounds as if there could be some faulty software on it, i.e. the OS. Have you tried to update the phone? If there is an update available, install it and see if that solves the issue.

thanks! Luckily I could use my guarantee and I changed the phone.

BTW, there where no such update (what a poor model!)
