Samsung Hub Connection

So I have the Samsung UN60KS8000F running through Denonn A/V receiver and I don't get any sound when viewing internet apps like Amazon. Do I need an additional connection from the hub back to the receiver?

You either need to enable HDMI ARC assuming your receiver supports it, or use an optical connection from tv to receiver.
