Samsung i500 help needed. Can someone help me?

Hello people!

I have had my i500 for almost a year now and have had no problems with it in the past. That was until today. I just got a new computer and haven't had the time to sync up my phone with it and that is where the problem starts. Today my phone shuts down on its own I try to turn it back on and it freezes at the startup screen so I am like WTF. Anyway I take the battery out and let it cool down and an hour later I pop the battery back in and my phone did a hard restart I am thinking because all 250 or so phone numbers are gone and my text messages are no more. Is there a way to get them back? I know it can be done but I don't know if I myself can do it. Is there anyone that can help?

ooohhh ouch, that sucks. I dont know of any way to get them back once a hard reset has been done. did you back up the info off of your old pc. if you still have your last sync backed up you can restore from that
