My storage keeps getting lower and all I've been using is the internet. I checked the cashe and there is only 7MG in it. I went down to around 300 and now there is only 60 in a week.

Solution
When you delete anything, make sure you restart (turn off and back on) the phone. This way it will give you the correct numbers for space.

Also, you need to take into account that any photos, files, etc., will take up space. Not just apps. And some apps you use will take up more and more space. Say Facebook for example. It keeps adding things to the device, so more space used.
Sounds like you have an app on the device that is adding data to the phone. If you are going to sites through the browser, then it is saving that data on the phone. You would then need to clear the browsers history and cache, then restart (turn off and back on) the phone to see if that resolves it. If it doesn't, then you have another app that is adding data.

You may also want to check your Google Play Store app and make sure you don't have 'auto updates' turned on. If the files are updated without your input, that will also take up more space.

I googled it and it says there really isn't a need for it. There is no sign that I have a virus. But I I don't have enough storage to download an app to check. I forgot to mention that I don't use data. I use the wifi on my computer. I have a government phone for calls and text. As soon as I delete an app by the end of the day I'm down to 60mg. When I check my phone on the built-in Samsung app it says I have 10 out of 16 mg left and that's right. I added up the space under on the my device part that's what it shows. But right underneath it, it says 15.8 of 16 used. It doesn't make any sense. I Will have to delete an app today so I have enough space to use it. (Sorry for writing a book about this)
