Samsung j3 permanently delete photos

Deleting photos doesn't always 'increase' space, if you have any apps that are adding things at the same time (texts, messenger, etc.) or if you didn't restart (turn off and back on) the phone after the deletion. Sometimes a device won't show the right amount of space when things are deleted until you restart the device.

I would really do both. Restart it and then check for apps that are adding more data to the phone.
