samsung laptop touchscreen not responding

hi, i have a Samsung chronos 7 np780z5e t01uk touchscreen laptop, after i upgraded to windows 10 the screen will not respond to any input - i have checked in device manager and the touchscreen driver is there and the screen is touchscreen configurable but it will not respond. it was working on windows 8 but not on windows 10?

hi, the touchscreen on my samsung 780z53 to1 uk laptop is not responding, the driver is displayed in the device manager and it is enabled. i have tried restarting the laptop, disabling and re-enabling the driver, updating the driver,calibrating the touchscreen, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver but i still cannot get it to work. the touchscreen has been working before

the machine is running windows 10 x64
