Question Samsung laptop won't turn on

I've got a Samsung rv508
When I press the power button bothe LED on the button and the one on the LED pannel turn on. No noise starts in the machine, fan is not spinning and no display comes up at all
The power supply LED also turns on so the AC adapter is working
Anyone got any troubleshooting I should try?

Many possibilities... i doubt the BIOS... but first try these options:
if the battery is removable, remove it and plug in the charger and turn on.
if it doesn't help, try unplug and plug the RAM stick and HDD or SSD...
