Hello,
Can anyone tell me why my brand new samsung messenger won't turn on anymore. Last time I used I was charing it wit on over nite nxt morning it was off & won't turn on. I tried 2 different brand new batteries fully charged. Thank you for ur help.

Sounds like it could be a defective phone. If it is brand new and the battery pull didn't work, I'd get in touch with your carrier and see what they have to say. Chances are that they'll have you send it in for repair or send you a new one.
