My samsung note8 after Oreo updated screen is full black and doesnt open anything how can i fix that??

What do you mean by updated screen? Did you replace the screen yourself? If that is the case, either the connections may not be right or the display could have been a bad one. If, however, you had it replaced by a repair place, then I would get them to fix it.
