Hi,
several months ago my s10 started opening up to a broken link without me doing anything. It opens up anything from 5 times to 50 at once. I have cleared data and caches,
uninstalled every app I had including google and samsung internet. The only way I have been able to gain any control of it is to install a second web browser so that it is forced to ask me which one to open it with. This reduces the takeover to half a screen instead of the whole screen. It is always the same broken link.
In desperation I finally did a factory reset but it is still there. I thought it may have been connected to my emails or text messages so I removed all email accounts and deleted all my text messages. Still there!
I used a VPN - Still there! It happens whether I am on wifi or mobile data,
I"m wondering if its connected to my DNS but I don't know much about that. Could it be a virus or malware on my sim card? Im running out of options.
Any suggestions would be appreciated please.
