Samsung S3511 won't turn on

Need help please! My Samsung S3511 laptop shut down whilst using it when the battery ran out, when I plugged the charger in there was nothing, no lights came on, no sounds, nothing, completely dead! I've tried draining the power with the battery and charger disconnected, I've tried charging it with the battery out, I just don't know what is wrong with it, please advise (I am not tech savvy so please be gentle!!) Thank you

Hi,

Please try and do a hard reset. Remove the battery and the AC adapter again then press and hold the power button for 20 secs, put everything back together then turn the PC back on. If it still wont turn on you need to re-seat the all the RAM.
