Can anyone help me with getting a manual for this laptop? Actually,
even just help accessing the bios. I tried all the normal things
like DEL and the F keys but I am not having any luck. any help would
be appriciated. TIA!

Did you try searching their website? Here is a link to the manual. <F2>
during startup should work.
