samsung smart tv netflix issue

tv 3 weeks old working fine 4 days ago,loads Netflix but when I click on a film to watch it takes me to instant watching system compatibility page.working fine on laptop and through you view box

You might have to ask Samsung. Is your TV firmware fully up to date?
