Solved! samsung smart tv to bose av 18 connect issue

I have tried rca to HDMI converter and try connecting from TV to Bose and use optical from tv to Bose IN optical but noting is working

Did you turn the optical output on in the TV menu?
You may also need to turn off the TV speakers and change the audio type in the TV menu.
Did you select the optical input on the Bose?
On some AVRs you have to assign the connection for example optical 2) to an input name (such as TV). Check the Bose manual.
