I have bought a used Samsung smart tv plugged in and it just says weak or no signal

Are you just on the TV antenna input? You need to connect the TV to some sort of signal or video source for it to work.

Hi Thank you, im connected to my main antenna but the screen is scrambled

You may need to run a channel scan, also did you make sure you have an antenna signal where you are?
