Samsung soundbar still playing from my samsung tv that I moved inbto the basement, and not the toshiba I am now using

Ok, can anyone help me with this problem? I have just recenrly finished my basement. I moved the larger samsung television(with my new stereo)down to the basement. The toshiba I have moved back to the tv room upstairs, and using the samsung soundbar with the toshiba. Problem is, the soundbar is playing sound from the samsung downstairs, and not from the toshiba. Whatever channel the samsung is on downstairs is the sound I am getting from the soundbar upstairs.

Do not know what to do. The toshiba is a few years old, the tv and the soundbar are relatively new (within the last two years).

Unless you have a wireless soundbar, someone really messed up your wiring.
