Samsung TV connection issues

Just got a new SAMSUNG TV with SmartHub. Wifi is working in my house for everything else, but when I try to connect this TV, it tells me "TV IS SETTING UP, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER"

What do I need to do to resolve this issue?
