Your best bet is to search on eBay and call around your local TV repair shops, if you have one. Even if you don't see an exact model of your TV on eBay if someone does sell replacement HDTV screens, ask them if they know how to get one. I bought a replacement laptop LCD screen on eBay, but I've never seen HDTV replacement screens anywhere. And the fact your TV is an older Samsung unit (650 models first came out in 2008), may make it that much harder to find one. Good luck.
