the picture on my TVs screen is upside down,,,,,reset functions several times....how do I get the picture back to normal

IS the picture coming from your PC ? If so what video card? The driver software lets you rotate the screen. If you don't know what video card tell us and learn how to find out.

IS the picture from your cable box? If so you hung the monitor upside down.
