How can i connect samsung ua40eh6030r hdtv and sony dav-tz710 dvd home theatre speakers

Looks like your only option would be to go from the HDTV's headphone output jack to the Home Theater's analog input audio jacks. You'll probably need a 3.5mm stereo to L/R RCA Audio cable.
