Samsung tv wont turn on

I have a Samsung rear projection tv model #HLT5076SX/XAA. A while back the tv takes longer to turn on. When turned on the LED light for "lamp" flashes. The lamp is already on just no picture. if I wait long enough the picture will come in or the tv will shut off. I unplug the tv from the wall and try again, the second attempt the picture will come in. I have just replaced the DMD board with no improvement. Some times when the picture finally come in people talking sound like chipmunks until I change the channel. Any ideas??

The network is not so good. Try another one will be ok.
