Solved! Samsung uhd nu6900 can go to apps but when selecting video it wont stream

I go to tv or a app like Netflix, i select what i would like to watch and it wont connect

First step, check your network connection setup on the TV make sure it's connected. Check the app store, check the web browser that it has connection to the internet.
