How do you connect Samsung UN46ES6150 tv with paired wireless SoundTouch 10 speakers. I can't get the Bose app to recognize the tv nor will my blue tooth recognize it on my iPad.

Does that TV even have bluetooth in it? And if it does, did you check the manual and the support site if all bluetooth devices will work with it? This states "certain bluetooth devices" http/www.samsung.com/uk/support/skp/faq/967070

Are there any devices that be connected to make it blue tooth? It is wifi connected.

A TV would need it's own brand of bluetooth dongle, check with Samsung. Computer ones need a driver installed which you can't do on a TV.
