its not done just to stay out of any legal problem with saying "our brand is better than bounty" or whatever, and than they also test teh most generic brands and leave it up to your imagination.

apple in their comertials... realistically, who are they competing with? there is not a single person who doesn't know its really just apple and windows.

all that said, samsung is already in "legal trouble" and its also the truth, so its very unlikely they would get in trouble over it.

I disagree with those who say that Samsung is bashing Apple. The way i see it Samsung stated the truth the Tablet APPLE TRIED TO STOP. Where the bashing in that statement? Hell even Steve Jobs said he'd go nuclear and use up his company Billion dollars reserves to defeat Samsung. Someone must be rolling in his grave now.

Anyways Samsung did a great job with that add. If only PC GUY had the balls to say to Mac guy if it wasn't for me bailing you out, your company would be bankrupt.

It saddens me, though, to see "Apple" written on that box, given the context of said tablet not being sold for many months.
