Samsung Webcam not accessible

I have a Samsung laptop (Model no. - NP300E5Z) and it has a built in webcam which works on social networking sites, but I cannot open the camera to just use it. May I know what to do?

Hi,

Normally for webcams you'll need a software application for it. According to the specification of your laptop it came with Cyberlink Media Suite. Search for the Cyberlink application and look for Cyberlink YouCam. That's the software you'll need to find in order for you to just use your webcam.

Thank you so much for your reply. Do I need to install the cyberlink application on my system as it is not there right now
