Question Windows 98 data recovery

Hello folks,

I have a windows 98 machine from which I would like to look for and recover some deleted files. Anyone know of any legacy software out there available by which I might accomplish that task? Stackexchange has a thread where this is recommended, downloads.tomsguide.com/GetDataBack-For-FAT,0301-33753.html , but I cannot access it.
