Solved! Samsung Wi-Fi Lock

I have a Samsung note 9 laptop but the wifi lock is on and I can't turn it off meaning I can't connect to wifi

Can you post a picture of this? I have never heard of a wifi lock? Are you talking about it being disabled? Make sure its enabled and on.

Usually there is a fn key something similar you need to hit with the f12 key to disable enable
