Samsungs s9 plus voice coming out of speaker without turning on the speaker

I have samsung s9 plus when i make a call the voice start coming out of speaker without turning on the speaker i have tried clearing the cache i have hard reset my phone but the problem is not going away and i am irritated by it please help me with a logical answer somebody.

Did you contact Samsung support or maybe your carrier? They may want you to do a full factory reset if you have not tried that already.

Are you sure you aren't putting the phone to close to your face before the screen goes black? That happens a lot, which, depending on the screen and the person, can do things like mute, hang up, etc. Just a thought.
