Satelite Pro Toshiba Graphics Card

Hi, I have a toshiba satellite pro laptop, when I turn it on it remains as a blank black screen with a white cursor iv tried connecting it to my pc monitor but on both screens it's stays blank

You'll need your system disk here, put it in select language, try the "Repair your computer" option, you may need to do that a few times. Or you could do a system restore using the disk but then you would lose any data saved since the restore point.
