My mom passed away and I want to upgrade my phone but I have her voice in a couple voice mails how do I transfer it over or save it

Your voice mail should be saved with the service provider, not on the phone. If you want to keep it I suggest you play it back and record it somewhere else to make sure it does not get erased.
