Says no connection on iphone but everyone else can access

Im trying to connect to my schools wifi on my iphone, but it says i have no internet connection. Everyone else is able to access it perfectly fine but i cant. I am able to access any other internet without any trouble. I tried restarting my phone and i reset my network setting but it still didnt work.

contact your school IT support.

yea they do and it works fine for them and te IT wont do anything
