Question Screen has some kind of burn in? Looks like it has been wet.

I couldn't get a picture into the thread and I didn't know why. It just asks for an http address.

Tom's Guide does not host images. You need to use a third party hosting site like imgur.com and then get the image URL to paste into a response here.
