Screen not displaying

My Lenovo G580 screen won't display anything after disassembling the laptop for some diagnosis.. So I'm quite sure i put in back everything the way i found them after checking out the problem i wanted to know. .(which is something to do with one side of the mortherboard edges, )weary ones. It was working fine the broken edge was never a problem in terms of operating the laptop.. But in terms of phisycal appearance it made the laptop look really bad. ) so i opened the laptop to see if i could manage rectifying it. Then after puting it back nicely together ,and switched it on, the power and the driver activity lights responded well.. But the screen won't display anything at all. .kindly help me

Only thing it can be you did not connect the cables correctly or something was broken when you took it apart. Nothing we can check over the internet, you need to check over the laptop again, maybe have someone else look.
