Screen swipe won't work

I have a Samsung Luna used it about 30 days and now the first screen will not swipe to let me get to my Security screen so I can not get into my phone everything else seems to work I receive calls and texts but I can't get to then because I can not get into my phone please help

Did you already try turning the phone off and back on? If you did, contact your carrier for support seems the touch function is broken.
