SD card is blank

Notification bar says my SD card is blank and my Android K7 please help

First, did you actually have anything on the card? It's only an issue if you had files on the card. Second, need full details, what happened before this started? Was nothing at all done, you turn on your phone and you have a blank card that was not blank before? Or did you try changing some settings or did anything else? Does anyone else use your phone that could have wiped the card? Help with what? Recovering files? Try running Recuva on a computer with the phone attached and have it scan the card.

Says sd card is blank. Ehen I tap on it, it asks to format or cancel. I do have about 10 apps under sd card; none of which can't be redownloaded. Is there a way to move apps to "All" on my LG K7?
